Delete your account

You can delete your Ironwright account and everything in it yourself, in the app or in a browser. It takes about a minute.

How to delete it

  1. Sign in to Ironwright, in the app or at this site.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete my account.
  3. Enter your password, or confirm with Apple or Google if that is how you sign in. If you signed in more than a few minutes ago you may be asked to sign in again first.
  4. Type DELETE and choose Delete everything.

The account is deleted straight away. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

Go to Settings

What is deleted

Your sign-in and all of the data in your account: your workouts and history, your plan, injury and recovery check-ins, workouts you imported, and your reminder settings and devices. The unsent workout sets and drafts stored on your own device for this account are removed too.

If you signed in with Apple, deleting from the iPhone app also disconnects Ironwright in your Apple ID settings. If you deleted in a browser, you can remove it yourself under Settings, then Sign in with Apple, in your Apple ID.

What is kept

Nothing about you stays in the app after you delete. Short-lived backups held by our database host are not restored into the app, and age out on the host’s normal schedule.

Cannot sign in?

If you lost access to your sign-in, write to help@ironwright.app from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you before we delete anything.
